Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product Owner to understand the team objectives and prepare the Program Increment Plan.
  • Host the squad daily stand-up and participate in the Scrum or Scrum ceremonies, updating the JIRA board and dashboard.
  • Provide and review development estimations, participate in Business Qualification and Scoping Workshops with customers, and write solution design and low-level technical design.
  • Manage the day-to-day development activities and cadence of the team, ensuring that the software architecture and software development guide is followed.
  • Review user stories and low-level solution design, test plans and test cases, and lead discussions of the final technical solution to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assign development tasks, assist developers during development, and ensure resolution of critical production issues.
  • Perform or assign developers for Code Reviews, package releases, and provide technical input to production change management requests.
  • Prepare or review software release notes and conduct handovers to L1, L2, L3 Support Teams.
  • Review KPIs and perform performance reviews of assigned resources, ensuring that timesheets, work logs, and remaining effort are completed regularly.
  • Provide weekly status reports to stakeholders and keep abreast of relevant industry standards and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team and autonomously.
  • Good time management, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative, meeting KPIs and qualifications.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
