Job Overview

The Remuneration Specialist role offers a unique opportunity in our organization's People Strategy & Capability Team, based at our Perth Forrest Centre site. This position can be filled on a Permanent Part-Time or Full-Time basis.

As the focal point of our total reward strategy, you will lead remuneration efforts, ensuring alignment with our strategic intent and driving organizational performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to benchmark compensation packages against industry standards, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Salary Structures: Develop and maintain salary structures that ensure internal equity and competitiveness, promoting fair compensation practices.
  • Incentive Programs: Design and administer incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, and stock options, to motivate employees and drive business results.
  • Remuneration Advice: Provide expert advice on remuneration matters, including base pay, variable pay, and benefits, to support informed decision-making.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and board discussions, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least ten years' experience in human resources specialising in remuneration, with a proven track record of delivering projects.
  • Commercial Acumen: Background in working in commercial settings and/or process improvement or continuous improvement, with a deep understanding of workplace dynamics, systems, and processes.
  • Research and Analysis: Ability to undertake research and analyse data, developing products and services aligned to strategic goals and driving business outcomes.
