As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our company's growth and success.

We're looking for talented individuals to join our Graduate Program, which offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact from day one.

The program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in process engineering, as well as valuable experience working with experienced engineers and operational leaders.

Key qualities we look for include:

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
  • A proactive and committed attitude, with a focus on safety and environmental sustainability
  • A drive for continuous improvement and achieving cost and efficiency gains
  • An interest in data analytics and visualisation
  • Flexibility to travel within state and interstate when needed

In your first year, you'll work closely with our team to understand plant testing components, assess engineering checks, and analyse results and data. You'll also have the opportunity to work safely and understand HSE requirements.

In your second year, you'll contribute to the development of new low-carbon products, supporting our commitment to a greener future and Net Zero Carbon targets. You'll also have responsibility for plant upgrades and modifications, and review and improve plant safety and drive environmental efficiencies.
