We are seeking an organized and efficient Junior Paralegal to join our team at Griffith Hack. About This Role:
  • Manage local and foreign renewals, including sending reminders and notifications
  • Act as a point of reference for 'Helpdesk' enquiries from internal/external clients
  • Export and import case data between Inprotech on a weekly basis
  • Process instructions for payments, including invoicing/crediting clients
  • Liaise with clients and lawyers to provide quality and accurate information
  • Assist in streamlining existing practices/procedures to create efficiencies within the team
Your Qualifications:
  • You have experience in Intellectual Property, administration or a related field
  • You possess intermediate technical skills in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
  • You can communicate clearly with internal and external clients
  • You have superior typing and data entry skills
  • You possess excellent customer service approach and attention to detail
