About this position:

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team on a major road upgrade project with a focus on utilities and drainage works.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee utilities and drainage packages, including stormwater sewer water and electrical relocations
  • Coordinate trenching service proving backfilling and reinstatement works
  • Liaise with authorities, service providers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project timelines
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Maintain and review QA documentation, including ITPs and test reports
  • Support the delivery team with procurement, scheduling, and cost tracking
  • Contribute to construction methodologies and staging plans
  • Prepare and maintain site diaries, look-ahead programs, and SWMS

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience working with Tier 2 contractors on civil infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of utilities, stormwater, and drainage systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Valid driver's license and construction industry white card
