Job Description

The Mining Manager role is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence and growth across all facets of mining.

Requirements
  • A proven track record of delivering results in safety, production, and cost management within open-cut coal mining.
  • Strategic acumen with the ability to translate vision into execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • The willingness to obtain your coal Surface Mine Manager (SMM) certificate of competency by the legislated date.
