We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant, Laundry and Cleaning Support. As a key member of our residential services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service and care is provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality food services, treating colleagues with care and respect, and continuously improving own skills and capabilities to enhance team performance.
  • Take responsibility for dishwashing, cleaning duties, and food preparation.
  • Deliver carefully executed laundry activities.
  • Ensure duties are performed in a timely manner to meet our quality expectations.
  • Comply with our Food Safety Program.
  • Live our company culture and work according to our values.
About You

You will likely come from an aged care, hospital, or hospitality background and be familiar with the services of a residential home or hotel. You have a kind and compassionate nature, with the ability to deal with sensitive issues in a professional, respectful, and caring manner. You are an excellent communicator with second-to-none customer service skills.

What We're Looking For
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service.
  • Friendly and helpful disposition.
  • Ability to interact positively with residents and their families.
  • Experience in an aged care residence is preferable, or a hospital or hospitality background with familiarity with food provision and/or cleaning standards.

  • Enjoyment of working in teams and willingness to actively support colleagues and the broader organization.
