We are seeking a skilled Active Support Worker to join our team.

Job Summary:
  • Deliver high-quality active support services to clients in the community
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide one-on-one support to clients, promoting their health and wellbeing
  2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
  • Recent Police Check (within 12 months)
  • Demonstrated skills in providing flexible, compassionate, and resilient support
  • NDIS Orientation & Covid Infection Control Modules completed

This is a part-time position working Wednesdays from 3:30pm-5:30pm. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering quality support services.
