We're looking for a dedicated and caring Support Worker to support an individual with Intellectual Disability in the Balga area.

The ideal candidate will be resilient, patient, and able to work under pressure. They will need to be proactive and engaging, with excellent communication skills and an understanding of professional boundaries and privacy issues.

They will also need to have experience working with challenging behaviours and be able to navigate escalations in a measured and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include providing quality support, maintaining boundaries, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the individual.
