Job Summary:

About the Role:

As a Mail Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for sorting and delivering mail to various departments and individuals within the organization. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and deliver mail to designated departments and individuals
  • Ensure all mail is properly labeled and packaged
  • Manage inventory of mailing supplies, including envelopes and stamps
  • Sign off on certified mail
  • Keep detailed records of all incoming packages, including weight and dimensions
  • Log incoming mail in company systems

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Diligence and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
