About the Role:

As a Technical Salesforce Architect, you will lead, prioritise, and develop Salesforce-centric solutions, collaborating closely with IT services, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Your expertise will be crucial in initiatives such as Education Cloud Migration, Salesforce Student Portal, and integrations with other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Salesforce related Conceptual, Solution, and Detailed designs.
  • Support the OneIdentity program as it relates to Salesforce.
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce-native APIs and integration patterns.
  • Review and provide feedback on designs developed by other team members.
  • Attend and participate in Architecture Forums.
  • Provide oversight and advice for Salesforce and related Projects/Initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various business and technical stakeholders.

Key Experience Required:

  • Over 10 years of experience working with Salesforce solutions.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, specialising in Educational Data Architecture (EDA).
  • Hands-on Salesforce implementation and operational experience within the education sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale and complex Salesforce deployments.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to operate at varying levels of detail, from high-level to low-level design.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud and migration strategies (Preferable).
