Your Role:
We're looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you'll work on Support projects, partnering closely with our clients on collaborative and innovative engagements. You'll utilize your core consulting and Salesforce skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings, and products. You'll be involved in APEX development, Lightning components, and complex Salesforce configuration. You'll work with the development team in analyzing, designing, coding, and unit testing Salesforce solutions. You'll actively participate in development workstreams within projects. You'll use your experience to guide our clients in best practices and better ways of achieving their goals. You'll work alongside a team of talented technical Salesforce people, knowledge sharing, and supporting each other to help develop expertise in Salesforce.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone with a deep knowledge and experience in the Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud. You should have a demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address their needs. Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components, API Web Services, and Salesforce declarative programming techniques is essential. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations. DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience, including the use of DevOps tools such as git, is preferred. Certification(s) in Platform Developer II; Service; or Community Cloud are also highly valued.
