Lead Partnership Program Manager

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our partnership program, driving growth and strengthening our brand globally.

This senior leadership role involves designing, enhancing, and delivering industry-leading programs that meet the evolving needs of families, children, and schools. You'll oversee strategic partnerships, drive commercial growth, and inspire a high-performing team of Program Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies

Requirements
  • Degree-qualified in business, marketing, or commerce (essential)
  • 8-10+ years in senior product, brand, or retail roles (bonus if in events, entertainment, or early childhood education)
  • Experience designing or working for brands servicing primary school-aged children or families advantageous
  • Sound knowledge of product lifecycle management and experience testing, scaling, and optimizing new commercial concepts
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills
