About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Learning & Development Professional to drive organisational growth through impactful learning strategies.

  • Design and deliver tailored learning programs aligned with our goals, enhancing employee performance and driving business success.
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses across departments, ensuring effective talent development and performance improvement.
  • Develop and implement engaging learning experiences, leveraging both in-house and outsourced solutions, to meet diverse employee needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support the development of high-performing teams, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Oversee the coordination and delivery of training logistics, working closely with the Learning & Development Coordinator.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead strategic projects, including digital learning solutions, onboarding programs, and leadership development initiatives, driving organisational impact and growth.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in learning and development or training advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring staff, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools, enabling efficient program delivery.
