Lead Risk Management Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Professional to join our organisation. As a key member of our risk management function, you will be responsible for supporting senior stakeholders and driving a proactive risk culture across our division.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance our ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks through the development and implementation of effective risk management frameworks and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including leadership teams, heads of business units, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit, as well as external regulatory bodies and auditors.
- Promote innovative risk management solutions that align with our strategic direction and growth objectives.
About You
We are looking for someone with a strong background in risk management, ideally across the P&C and/or Group Risk landscape and within a leadership position, leading Risk Specialist teams.
You'll join us with a proven track record of supporting the development and implementation of risk management frameworks, particularly within the financial services industry with a keen focus on P&C and/or Group Risk.
Your ability to provide pragmatic risk advice, deliver risk insights, and support the business in reducing complexity and risk will be key to your success in this role.
