We are seeking a highly skilled International Merchant Specialist to join our team at Manpower Australia. As a key member of our client growth team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing merchants.
In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound communication, including calls, emails, and voicemails, to ensure seamless transactions and resolve merchant payment requests efficiently. You will also conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings with clients to drive account growth and meet volume and revenue targets.
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships, experience in the financial industry, particularly in international payments, is highly desirable.
