We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team at Norwest Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound stock, organizing parts in the warehouse, and collaborating closely with technicians, shipping companies, and in-house teams across Australia and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reporting
- Coordinate with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of spare parts
- Collaborate with technicians and in-house teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve logistics efficiency
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners
Requirements:
- Experience in spare parts management and logistics is essential
- Strong skills in stocktake and reporting via Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
