We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated educator to join our team as an Academic Professional.

About the Role
  • This is a key role in developing and delivering quality learning, teaching and assessment programs for students across various fields.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with industry partners, schools, universities and other stakeholders to provide students with real-world experience and training.
  • The position involves maintaining currency with industry practices, contemporary teaching methodologies and philosophies to ensure that students receive a world-class education.

This role reports to the Educational Operations Manager and requires working primarily at one of our campuses, with occasional travel to other locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display exceptional teaching competence and a commitment to a student-centred approach.
  • Lead and manage effective teaching and learning within various environments, including classroom, workplace, simulated and online settings.
  • Design, develop and implement assessment tools and processes that meet industry skills standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality of training and assessment provided to students.
  • Ensure that students adopt and practise accepted safety procedures and sustainability in the learning and assessment environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan, design, develop, implement and review educational programs.
  • Undertake general administrative duties, including monitoring student attendance and progression.
