This role provides the opportunity for an experienced teacher to hold a position of responsibility driving the continuous improvement of curriculum design, pedagogical strategies, and assessment methods, ensuring alignment with whole-school pedagogical frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement curriculum that aligns with whole-school pedagogical frameworks
- Develop and lead professional learning programs for staff
- Collaborate with teachers to improve teaching and learning practices
- Assess and evaluate curriculum effectiveness
- Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Education or higher in Education
- Extensive experience in curriculum design and pedagogical leadership
- In-depth knowledge of whole-school pedagogical frameworks such as 4 C, Inquiry, and Reggio Emilia philosophy
- Proven track record of achieving goals through collaboration and teamwork
- Personal commitment to the school's vision, mission, and values
