St George Christian School invites applications from passionate and experienced education leaders for the position of Curriculum and Pedagogy Leader across Middle and Senior School.

This role provides the opportunity for an experienced teacher to hold a position of responsibility driving the continuous improvement of curriculum design, pedagogical strategies, and assessment methods, ensuring alignment with whole-school pedagogical frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement curriculum that aligns with whole-school pedagogical frameworks
  • Develop and lead professional learning programs for staff
  • Collaborate with teachers to improve teaching and learning practices
  • Assess and evaluate curriculum effectiveness
Requirements
  • Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Education or higher in Education
  • Extensive experience in curriculum design and pedagogical leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of whole-school pedagogical frameworks such as 4 C, Inquiry, and Reggio Emilia philosophy
  • Proven track record of achieving goals through collaboration and teamwork
  • Personal commitment to the school's vision, mission, and values
