Job Description

Amazon is seeking an experienced Regional Security and Risk Management Director to lead our security team in Australia. This role requires a strong background in security risk management, leadership, and team management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security risk management strategies to protect Amazon's assets and employees. They will also lead a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and risks.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in security risk management, leadership, and team management.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as security risk management, global security, or business resilience.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
