High-Level Electronics Specialist

This is a high-level electronics position that requires expertise in repairing and maintaining precision equipment.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers by gaining their respect and trust
  • Onsite repairs, diagnostics and installation of designated high-end products and software
  • Upgrade software and apply patches as necessary
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, provide technical support for customers and escalate as necessary
  • May consult with other vendors to mutually agree on a resolution
  • Ability to communicate technical issues on a non-technical level
  • Detail oriented with excellent time management skills and networking experience
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain service tools and equipment and provide accurate compliance of all field service administration and reporting requirements

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in an electronic or engineering field and experience in servicing precision equipment. A strong understanding of IT knowledge and awareness is also essential.

In addition to the technical skills, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
