About the Role

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Regional Victoria. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews to ensure compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities of work crews to meet project requirements
  • Supervise and manage personnel, resources, and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements
  • Collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a trade-based Supervisor
  • Australian recognised Trades qualification - Mechanical Fitter
  • Maintenance and shut down experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site
