SMP Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced SMP Supervisor to join our team in Port Campbell, VIC. As a key member of our Maintenance and Industrial Services division, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews to ensure compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements.

• Plan and coordinate daily activities of work crews to meet project requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements
• Supervise and manage personnel, resources, and equipment to meet project objectives
• Develop and implement effective health and safety management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a trade-based Supervisor
• Australian recognised Trades qualification - Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker
• Maintenance and shut down experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site
