Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and young people, prioritizing their needs and providing individualized support.
- Develop and implement effective safety plans, conducting thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Manage complex cases and situations, including working with high needs and high risk clients, utilizing your expertise and judgment to make informed decisions.
- Engage in court processes, preparing documents and attending hearings, ensuring that the best interests of children are represented.

About You:
We're looking for someone with a strong commitment to working collaboratively with diverse cultures and communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. A relevant degree and valid driver's license are essential, along with a willingness to drive and travel as required. Prior experience in a similar role is highly regarded, but not essential.
