We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health organisation based near Varsity Lakes.

This full-time role offers a tailored caseload and work setting, allowing you to focus on your interests and preferences. You will have the opportunity to manage your own calendar and work a 9-day fortnight if desired.

The successful candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent communication and organisational skills, and in-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework. They will be responsible for mentoring and supporting a team of Occupational Therapists, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering their professional growth.

As a leader, you will oversee the team's adherence to best practices while maintaining a small caseload to enhance client care and team performance. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary leaders to ensure integrated care and continuously improve service delivery through innovative practices.

The estimated salary for this role is $105,000 - $120,000 + Super + Benefits, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a $2000 Professional development allowance and 2 days of professional development leave. Resources provided include your own work laptop and phone, as well as a freshly renovated clinic equipped with assessment and resource materials.

You will also benefit from a bonus structure, which rewards individuals who choose to see more clients. The role offers a 70/30 split of management to caseload responsibilities, providing a great balance between leadership and hands-on work.
