Job Role:

Cleaner/Porters form the backbone of our healthcare team, playing a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean and safe for patients, visitors and staff.

This position involves cleaning hospital areas, moving patients and equipment from one location to another, as well as collecting and disposing of waste. Each day will be different depending on the hospital's workload, requiring flexibility in adapting to changing work practices and/or locations as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen, read, speak and understand instructions.
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions and complete tasks without supervision.
  • Previous cleaning experience, including operating cleaning machinery such as floor polishers or demonstrated ability to perform in the role.

Key Responsibilities:
