Project Lead - Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to spearhead high-impact engineering initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with expertise in project management, preferably within the FMCG, manufacturing, or regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication, presentations, and workshops to drive project endorsement.
  • Determine and secure project resource requirements; support recruitment and manage day-to-day project execution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience in project management, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or a regulated industry.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams across design, construction, commissioning, and operational phases.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical problem-solver with demonstrated experience in root cause analysis and structured project delivery.
