Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Delivery: Safely deliver and install appliances, ensuring all electrical connections and wiring are secure and meet safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately scan inventory and manage consumables efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Electrical Certificate/License and a valid Driver's License without any traffic convictions.
  • Skills and Experience: Strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and extensive knowledge and experience in safe manual handling.
  • Personal Qualities: Professional and composed demeanor, high attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
