Job Overview

This is a key leadership role that oversees the entire process of Essential Trade Services (ETS) for two major businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong site management experience and be proficient in estimating software, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

The ETS Manager will be responsible for overseeing coding and processing requests for Clarendon Homes and Domaine Homes, acting as the primary escalation point for resolving on-site issues from supply chain and internal stakeholders, reviewing approved ETSs to identify issues and address root cause, producing monthly reports and advising on reducing ETS costs, and completing audits to ensure Delivery in Full On Time (DIFOT) is maintained by suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the coding and processing of ETS requests
  • Act as the primary escalation point for resolving on-site issues
  • Review approved ETSs and address root cause
  • Produce monthly reports and advise on reducing ETS costs
  • Complete audits to ensure DIFOT
Requirements

Site managers or trade experience is essential, ideally 2 years each, along with proficiency in MS Office and experience with estimating software such as IPS or Timberline. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable, along with a demonstrated knowledge of the construction process and production estimating.
