Supporting Independent Living

We are seeking dedicated professionals to help deliver person-centred services across the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network under our Consumer Directed Care model.

In this rewarding role, you will support older people, individuals with disability, and those who are frail to remain in their homes or residential facilities by providing essential services such as personal care, cleaning, meal preparation, transport, and social support.

Working closely with each consumer, their families, and health professionals, you will help achieve personalised goals and promote independence.

The team is committed to supporting your growth, with ongoing training and development opportunities that help you build your skills across a variety of care settings.

We're looking for someone who is flexible, empathetic, and confident working autonomously while remaining focused on delivering responsive, high-quality care.

  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or Home and Community).
  • Current drivers' licence and willingness to drive.
  • Current police clearances.
  • Contactable by telephone.
  • Access to a reliable, registered and insured motor vehicle.

About the role:

  • This is a part-time vacancy, working 38 hours per fortnight.
  • Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
