Our organization seeks a seasoned Systems Analyst to support the Indigo Program.

  • Liaise with end-users to provide guidance for the design of new services and enhancements.
  • Plan and document user interviews, understand and document both high-level and detailed business problems, and analyze root causes.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and interviews that include a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
  • Manage stakeholder groups to develop a partnership with the business and foster a productive working environment.
Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Systems Analyst.
  • Proven ability to deliver in a project and program environment under limited guidance.
  • Detailed knowledge of and experience in the analysis and design of software solutions constructed using Ingres database engine.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical terminology.
Additional Considerations

This role requires an active Baseline security clearance prior to commencement and willingness to travel to Canberra for operational reasons.
