Job Summary:
This part-time Skilled Clinical Practitioner role is available in our central west region. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical leadership and support to our care staff, ensuring high standards of professional care for our residents.
About the Role:
- Plan, organize and implement care in accordance with individual resident aged care plans
- Deliver and promote high standards of professional care
- Provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our Care Staff
Key Requirements:
- Be a qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
- Have minimum 2 years' experience within an aged care setting
- Possess prior experience in a clinical leadership role (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
