Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring seamless alignment with the Victorian curriculum.
  • Maintain a well-organised and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting mutual respect and understanding among students.
  • Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to inform future learning strategies.
  • Offer tailored support to students requiring differentiation, including those with special needs or English language learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to share best practices, resources, and ideas for enhancing student outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • An unrestricted working visa in Australia
  • Current VIT registration or recent application
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (minimum 4-year degree)
  • Prior experience in teaching Primary education in Australia
  • The ability to provide professional references from within the last 5 years
  • A genuine understanding and support of Catholic values
