Distributor Implementation Lead

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Distributor programs within Toyota, providing analytics and reporting to support Quality and Service objectives. The successful candidate will oversee monthly reports, develop new data sets, and design real-time reporting methods to drive effective decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate and timely information for business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Support managers in creating data-driven insights and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement reporting solutions for efficient problem resolution and project goal achievement.
- Monitor and analyze Distributor and Service program performance against established plans.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of database management principles, customer service experience, and proven project management skills. A tertiary qualification in Computer and Information Science or equivalent relevant experience is highly desirable.
