About the role :

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalised skincare consultations and beauty adviceBuild strong client relationships through expert knowledge, tailored recommendations, and follow-up serviceAchieve individual and team sales targets while supporting overall business objectivesMaintain a high level of product knowledge , including skincare, body care, and make-up, through ongoing trainingPromote Clarins' values and plant-based philosophy with confidence and authenticityEnsure counter presentation is clean, inviting, and aligned with Clarins visual merchandising guidelinesParticipate in events, activations, and launches , bringing energy and enthusiasm to every customer interactionSupport stock management processes , including receiving, replenishing, and accurate product handlingWork collaboratively within the team , contributing to a positive and inclusive counter cultureMaintain grooming and uniform standards , representing the elegance and professionalism of the Clarins brand
