Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Markets Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Fixed Income Securities Evaluation team, you will play a vital role in assessing and supporting the Sales teams in Asia to meet client requirements promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate fixed income securities using proprietary models, ensuring accurate and timely valuations.
  • Conduct thorough price and data research, sourcing, and analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Liaise with clients in our Asia Pacific region, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with global evaluation teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in valuation models and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and enhance valuations models/spreadsheets, staying up-to-date with market trends and developments.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and new product development, driving innovation and growth.
  • Identify potential risks to the evaluation process and develop effective solutions, minimizing impact on business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Fixed Income Securities issued in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of global financial concepts and markets.
  • Relevant degree in a Financial or Mathematics discipline.
