Social Media Influencer Marketing Executive

Role Overview:
As a Social and Influencer Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of L'Oréal's 32 beauty brands across divisions such as CPD, LUXE, PPD, or LDB. You will be responsible for executing impactful campaigns, managing day-to-day communication with influencers, and ensuring best-in-class end-to-end campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media and influencer strategies that align with L'Oréal's brand objectives, driving increased engagement, awareness, and conversions.
- Identify and coordinate with influencers and content creators to ensure authentic brand collaborations, supporting the team in contract negotiations, content briefs, workflow management, and tracking campaign deliverables.
- Collaborate with the team on content ideas and support the production of compelling content across social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
- Implement product seeding strategies to support brand campaigns, new product launches, and ongoing brand initiatives across L'Oréal's 32 beauty brands.
- Aid in the day-to-day management of L'Oréal's social media accounts, ensuring content is posted according to the campaign calendar and monitoring influencer and creator posts.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools, contributing insights to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements:
- Possess a passion for social media and influencer marketing, with a basic knowledge of social platforms and the influencer landscape.
- Communicate clearly and provide regular updates to your manager.
- Understand all requirements, select relevant influencers, and provide accurate feedback to ensure content accuracy when it goes live.
- Build strong relationships with talent agents and influencers to streamline onboarding and enhance negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple campaigns, working with multiple contacts across multiple content deliverables.
