Field Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical work, fault finding, and repairing of electric and mechanical components.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical work and provide electrical support for new and remarketed press, post press, bindery and Gallus equipment installations
  • Identify electrical service gaps and sources of customer dissatisfaction and work with the team to identify, recommend and support solutions to rectify the problem
  • Be an effective team player, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organisational values, goals and objectives
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in electrical work and fault finding
  • Ability to travel on assignment throughout Australia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
