An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished retail leader to join our esteemed optical practice. Working alongside a highly regarded team, this role offers the chance to shape the patient experience at a prestigious address.

In this position, you will curate a seamless and personalized journey for every eyecare client – from expert clinical care to the selection of exquisite, designer frames. With a strong and passionate customer base, the opportunity exists to develop deep relationships and continue to build a loyal following of eyewear clients. We are seeking an experienced professional who embodies discretion, elegance, and service excellence, and who takes pride in leading a team to deliver standards of care that meet the expectations of discerning clientele.

Whilst optical experience is preferred, a background in premium/luxury goods and high-touch customer service will also be considered favourably.

Our practice integrates ophthalmology, optometry, and boutique optical dispensing in one refined setting, with a consultant ophthalmologist consulting in-practice twice weekly.
