We are currently seeking a passionate and engaging Retail Assistant to join our team in Melbourne CBD. In this role, you will be involved in the customer's journey from initial consult and pre-testing to customising High-Fashion frames to suit their lifestyle.

As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service, showcase luxury brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, PRADA, D&G, Burberry, Miu Miu, Versace, and work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect eyewear solution, taking into account their lifestyle and personal preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience - optical experience desired but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and a quick learner
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
