Storage Solutions Consultant Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Storage Solutions Consultant. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our centres meet high standards.

This is an exciting and varied role that encompasses customer service, administration, and operational tasks. You will work closely with our customers to provide seamless services and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Customer Service Delivery: Deliver outstanding customer service by supporting customers in making informed storage choices.
  • Centre Tours and Presentations: Conduct centre tours and walk-throughs to showcase our facilities and features.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain centre presentation, cleanliness, and achieve budgeted performance goals.
  • Administrative Support: Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory management, and insurance claims processing.
