Production Leadership Role

Achieve exceptional results in mine materials, logistics and production. As a Production Manager you will lead the strategic and operational performance of the site, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of raw materials from mine to refinery. You will embed strong governance, cost control and continuous improvement across people, process and systems.
You will oversee end-to-end materials handling, from bauxite to critical inputs like coal, water and caustic. You will ensure alignment with global safety, tailings and sustainability standards. This role leads the operation of the Overland Belt Conveyor (OBC), ensuring reliable execution, asset longevity and proactive risk management. Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe and efficient delivery of raw materials from mine to refinery
  • Embed strong governance, cost control and continuous improvement across people, process and systems
  • Oversight of end-to-end materials handling, from bauxite to critical inputs like coal, water and caustic
  • Alignment with global safety, tailings and sustainability standards
  • Lead the operation of the Overland Belt Conveyor (OBC)

Suitable candidates for this position have experience in leadership roles in mining and/or minerals processing operations, preferably in similar roles. A strong technical understanding of plant operations and maintenance is also desirable.
