HSEQ Systems Manager Role

The HSEQ Systems Manager will oversee and enhance the company's HSEQ systems, processes, and culture.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust HSEQ Management System.
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare for external certifications.
  • E nsure compliance with HSEQ legislation, codes of practice, and company policies.
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), SWMS, procedures, and toolbox talks.
  • Investigate incidents and hazards, manage corrective actions, and report effectively.
  • Support training and onboarding of staff and subcontractors on safety matters.
  • Monitor and lead digital safety platforms.
  • Promote a positive safety culture across the organization.

This role requires a minimum 5+ years' experience in a safety leadership or systems-based HSEQ position within construction.

Strong knowledge of HSEQ laws, regulations, and ISO/OHS management systems is essential. Demonstrated experience with digital safety platforms and reporting tools is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Cert IV or Diploma in HSEQ is highly desirable.
