Project Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled and passionate project specialist to join our team in Perth.

The position is responsible for managing export and import projects from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary documents are compiled, completed, and verified according to company policies and procedures.

  • Taking bookings and liaising with customers to arrange required transportation
  • Assisting in the development and expansion of customer relationships and client base
  • Participating in tender submissions, including planning, execution, and pricing
  • End-to-end job execution from quoting submission to invoice submission
  • Job registrations, order tracking, and follow-ups with stakeholders
  • Problem-solving export and import issues with various stakeholders
  • Supporting and managing processes within the department to meet export and import KPIs
  • Providing strong customer care while servicing customer and service provider needs
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data input
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • CW1 knowledge preferred
