Financial Operations Manager
Our organization is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to support the delivery of financial services across various defense contracts. This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as experience in managing financial operations in a defense or government contracting environment.

Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate financial reports, statements, and records; assisting in the preparation and management of budgets; ensuring compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures; overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes; conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning; monitoring and controlling costs; supporting the management of financial aspects of contracts; and liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective financial management.

Job Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a defense or government contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
