Home Care Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a dependable and friendly individual to join our team as a Home Care Cleaning Specialist on a casual basis. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in clients' homes while providing a warm and respectful presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general home cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, surface disinfection, laundry and linen changes (as requested), tidying and organization, and follow client-specific cleaning preferences and instructions.
  • Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all client interactions, communicate effectively with clients and the coordination team, and report any concerns or issues to supervisors promptly.

Requirements:

  • Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability, friendly, respectful, and client-focused attitude, good communication skills, ability to work independently and follow instructions, and own reliable transport (preferred).
  • Current police clearance or willingness to obtain one.
