We seek an experienced Health and Wellbeing Manager to lead our holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

This strategic role involves developing and executing health and wellbeing strategies aligned with safety and business goals.

  • Design and deliver programmes to support employee wellbeing across the organisation.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation and manage wellbeing risks and hazards.
  • Provide expert guidance on matters such as mental health, workplace hygiene, ergonomics, and psychosocial safety.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to integrate health best practices and foster a culture of care.
  • Conduct audits and data analysis to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead employee engagement through tailored training, education, and communications initiatives.

About you:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Health and Wellbeing or a related field, with 5+ years' experience in a complex operational environment.
  • Proven expertise in wellbeing strategy, psychosocial risk management, incident investigation, and workplace health programs.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, educate, and build trusted relationships.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable.
