About The Role

The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, allowing them to dive deep into data and unearth valuable insights that drive product growth.

  • Develop and maintain clear, concise dashboards and reports in tools like Looker or Tableau to communicate trends and opportunities.
  • Go beyond surface-level metrics to deliver actionable recommendations that drive product strategy and growth.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses into user behavior across platforms and brands.
  • Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and trends by interrogating data.
  • Translate business questions and product goals into detailed data tracking specifications and implementation tickets for Data and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to own data integrity and the successful implementation of standardised metrics and tracking.
Key Qualifications:
  • A proven track record in data analysis, preferably within a digital product or subscription-based business.
  • A solid understanding of statistical methods and their application in analysing large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills: An exceptional ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Natural collaborator and bridge: Enjoys working with cross-functional teams and is skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making with a strong analytical mind and a keen eye for detail.
