Temporary Kitchen Staff Needed

We are seeking passionate, experienced kitchen staff to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for food preparation, setup and operation of a station at one of our food outlets.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily menu items according to recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to restaurant guidelines on guest services, food safety, maintenance, and equipment cleaning requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service in an open kitchen format
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Position Details:

  • This is a temporary position with the option to convert to permanent hire based on performance and business needs
  • Location: Brownsville, TX

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the food service industry
  • Ability to carry heavy items (up to 25 lbs.)
  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours per day)
  • Ability to work all shifts and be available for overtime and weekends
  • Ability to perform frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
