Regional Healthcare Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced midwife to lead and inspire our regional healthcare services.

This is a unique opportunity to drive exceptional clinical care, strengthen workforce support, and elevate clinical governance across all services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Elevating clinical governance across all services
  • Driving best practices to improve safety and quality of care
  • Minimising risks and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Maintaining and enhancing maternity care capabilities across LMR health services

We offer flexible working arrangements, including 40 hours per fortnight with flexible days and hybrid work options. You will be part of a diverse, welcoming, and committed team dedicated to delivering excellent patient outcomes.

The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute, cancer, and mental health services, providing a wide range of general medical, surgical, and specialty services. You will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, the latest technologies, and opportunities for career development and education.
